Dr. Edina Renfro-Michel, NCC, LPC is a new Assistant Professor of Counseling at Montclair State University and a recent doctoral graduate in community counseling at Mississippi State University. Her areas of research are Attachment Theory and Supervision.

Dr. Verna Oliva-Flemming is an Assistant Professor on the counseling faculty at Montclair State University. In addition to serving as a university faculty member at Montclair State University, she has been a classroom teacher, school counselor, therapist, and administrator for mental health agencies.  Her research interests include counseling education and supervision and the role of exercise as a counseling intervention.  Dr. Oliva-Flemming is also an athlete, having run the Boston Marathon in 2003.
