Dr. Marty Jencius is an Associate Professor at Kent State. His scholarly interest includes international aspects of counseling and counselor training. That interest has provided him multiple trips to Turkey, The Bahamas and Singapore. His other interests include multicultural counseling training and the use of technology in counseling. He is founder and list manager for CESNET-L a professional listserv for counselor educators and GlobalCounsellor a listserv for international collaboration in counseling and counseling research. He is co-founding editor of The Journal of Technology in Counseling, a web-based, peer reviewed journal and creator and Editor of CounselorAudioSource.Net a weekly podcast for counselors and counselor educators. M. Fulya Kurter completed her degree on Psychological Counseling at Bosphorous Universityi-Istanbul in 1998. She worked as a student advisor at İstanbul Bilgi University and also worked with student clubs and the student union to give initiation to their activities.  Later, she became involved in projects related to recruitment and adult education and training.  She has also worked at Turkey’s first health consultancy company (United Health Systems- Birleşik Sağlık Sistemleri-BSS) and took part in internal communication and employee satisfaction projects. Since 2002 she has worked for Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions. She managed and assisted many career counseling and education projects for primary school, middle and high school students and currently working with university students and adults.  For the last  year and a half she is working for Bahçesehir University Career Services Centre as the director. She is also the program coordinator of the “Global Career Development Facilitator “ certificate program” of the university. M. F. Kurter is also a trained Psychodrama group therapist. She completed her trainning at  Istanbul Psikodrama Institute (İstanbul Uluslararası Zerka Moreno Enstitüsü) recently . Email her at fkurter@bahcesehir.edu.tr
